We do not refund shipping costs on combined orders during our launch weekends or any other promotions.  

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (US)
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
As of right now we offer USPS for all of our shipping needs.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
TYPICAL WEEKLY ORDERS - For most weeks, please allow for 2-3 business days for processing before your order is shipped (excluding weekends and holidays.)

LAUNCH ORDERS - During our launches or restock events, please allow 3-5 business days for processing before your order is shipped (excluding weekends and holidays.)

WEEKEND ORDERS - Any orders placed after 8am on Friday will not be shipped until Monday.

SHIPPING OPTIONS & PROTECTION

USPS First Class Shipping ranges from 5-10 days (excluding days for processing and weekends). This shipping option is most cost effective but lost or stolen packages are the responsibility of the customer - no exceptions.

USPS Priority Shipping ranges 2-6 days (excluding the days for processing & weekends). This shipping option offers insurance up to $100 and any lost (not stolen) package a case can be filed via USPS. Stolen packages or incorrect deliveries are not insured under this shipping option - and Ptula is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

USPS Priority with Signature Confirmation is the BEST option to ease your mind for safe shipping with USPS. With this option, you'll need to sign for your package and it should not be delivered unless signature is documented. 

**Please note we are currently not shipping internationally with USPS. With COVID-19 we have had issues with packages getting stuck in customs for an extended period of time. Please email support@ptulaactive.com if you have any questions**

All international packages will be shipped via DHL at this time.

DHL:
DHL Express averages 1-5 days (excluding the days for processing & weekends.) This shipping offers insurance on packages lost during transit, frequent tracking updates, and a quick delivery all over the world. 

INTERCEPTING PACKAGES THRU USPS: 
Intercepting a package before delivery will be the responsibility of the customer. All fees will be the responsibility of the customer and the package is not guaranteed to be intercepted before delivery to the customer.

DO YOU SHIP TO P.O. BOXES OR RURAL POSTAL CODES AND ZIP CODES? 
Yes.

DO YOU SHIP TO AN APO/FPO/DPO ADDRESS?
Yes, however transit times can take up to 45 business days.

CANADIAN & INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We ship worldwide to select countries.
Shipping and custom fees are non-refundable. 
Please note that your order price does not reflect any additional fees that may be charged for any custom duties, taxes or carrier related fees. You are responsible to pay for these charges at the time of delivery. 
Make sure to use the estimating tools provided by the border services of your country to avoid any surprise costs.

USPS Priority Shipping (Canada Only) ranges 6-15 days depending on the region (excluding the days for processing). This shipping option offers insurance up to $200 and any lost (not stolen) package a case can be filed via USPS.

DHL Express ranges from 1-5 days depending on the region (excluding the days for processing). 

INTERNATIONAL TAXES, DUTIES, CUSTOM FEES
Please note that standard international shipping fees do not include taxes or duties and may differ depending on your region

HOW MUCH DUTY AND TAX WILL I HAVE TO PAY?
We're unable to supply estimated duties and taxes as this information will vary by country. Any customs fees, duties fee, and applicable charges incurred on international shipping are the responsibility of the customer. Custom fees vary from region to region and based on your order. P'tula has no control over the customs charges or exchange rates.

Should the customer refuse the package, the order will be refunded minus any duties and taxes incurred and the shipping cost of the order being returned to P'tula.

WILL YOU SHIP TO AN INTERNATIONAL P.O. BOX?
We do not ship to P.O. boxes outside of Canada and the US.

CAN YOU ADJUST THE VALUE OF MY ORDER?
No. We are required by law to disclose the full value of the package content.
