About Yvette
Fitness has always been a passion in Yvette's life, but bouncing back from pregnancies at 38 and again at 40 proved to be a much more difficult challenge than she expected. Although she made it a priority to workout regularly, progress was slow and the demands of motherhood continued to increase and she struggled to find a healthy balance in this new stage of her life. So, when she heard that Lean Machine Challenges not only put her through the best workouts, but also online coaching and nutritional education as well, Yvette enrolled immediately. Yvette learned how to incorporate so many delicious foods into her diet, realizing that eating healthy didn’t have to be boring. Yvette took back her life and realized her fitness journey is not just for herself but for her family as well!

PERFECT

I LOVE these shorts. I’ve seriously searched high and low for the perfect high waisted shorts for high impact workouts. Not only do I get no camel toe, but the material is so soft and really keeps everything where it supposed to be. Not to mention how great it lifts the butt! PLEASE restock more black, I need more pairs!

Buy all the colors �

These shorts are so great for high impact activities! They have a super nice/supportive fit, feel great on the skin and the high waist is *chefs kiss* I’ve got 3 colors now but will need to come back for more! The colors never miss

Compressive comfort!

I now have 4 pairs of the Yvette shorts to me they are the most traditional and everything you want in a workout short. Super durable compressive yet stretchy! The colors are beautiful!! I prefer the 6” because I don’t like having to constantly pull them down during workouts but I deff recommend for intense workouts! I’m 5 1” 155lbs and wear a medium!

Best shorts ever?!

Seriously the best shorts I’ve ever owned!! These are so flattering and comfortable. They don’t ride up at all!!! I have never ran in shorts before because I hate when they ride up but these are like a second skin. As soon as you start to sweat a little they stay even more. Honestly can’t say enough good things about them. Please don’t ever stop making them!!! I would take more color options though I would say they fit true to size!

Love the color!!

I bought a medium and it is sun kissed color. SUPER CUTE color!!! Very comfortable! I usually wear size 6 in pants, these shorts fit well, had some compression as well. I am a daily runner and they did not fall down. I ran in them for about 2.5 hours the other day, the bottoms rise up just a little until you start sweating and then they stay in place very well. The top of the shorts never fell down, I didn't have to fix them at all and that was soooo nice and amazing! No stress while running. Thinner material so perfect for Spring/Summer outside workouts!
