About Yvette
Fitness has always been a passion in Yvette's life, but bouncing back from pregnancies at 38 and again at 40 proved to be a much more difficult challenge than she expected. Although she made it a priority to workout regularly, progress was slow and the demands of motherhood continued to increase and she struggled to find a healthy balance in this new stage of her life. So, when she heard that Lean Machine Challenges not only put her through the best workouts, but also online coaching and nutritional education as well, Yvette enrolled immediately. Yvette learned how to incorporate so many delicious foods into her diet, realizing that eating healthy didn’t have to be boring. Yvette took back her life and realized her fitness journey is not just for herself but for her family as well!
