About Kaitlin: 

In her early twenties, Kaitlin has the realization that she had started taking on some very toxic traits of "diet culture." She'd obsess over "clean eating" (but then binging), getting super toned, and mimicking workouts designed by others - hoping it would give her miraculous results. It wasn’t until Kaitlin discovered Hannah Bower, Sami Bossert, and P'tula, that Kaitlin realized the majority of health information she had been given growing up was wrong. By following many amazing ladies in the Ptula family over the years, Kaitlin has learned to reshape her thoughts and mindset regarding what is ‘healthy’, as well as learn to juggle her academia, career and social life. Health is more than just fitness and nutrition, but also mental and emotional, and Kaitlin now knows that healthy looks different for everyone, and that's perfectly okay!
