About Jenna: Jenna was always a petite girl, she didn't track her food intake and didn't think twice about eating healthy, as she was super active in sports at school. She had the "eat, study, ball, repeat" kind of lifestyle. After graduating high school, she decided to stop basketball and focus on academics. The active lifestyle Jenna once had was out of the picture, but her diet continued the way it always had. She didn’t realize she was gaining weight until one of her doctors talked to her about her health. This motivated Jenna to hit the gym, but she couldn't help but feel lost & intimidated. This caused issues with her consistency and she ended up feeling discouraged. This is when she stumbled upon the P'tula community. She immediately felt accepted, encouraged, motivated, and saw girls helping each other's journey. She picked it back up and started to learn different types of exercises and also using Sami's workout routines. Both fitness and healthy eating are now part of Jenna's every day routines and she has never been happier!
