Cecilie is a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor, but she didn’t always love fitness. Cecilie grew up dancing from the age of 3, staying very active and she enjoyed movement but she never learned how to exercise outside of dance. When she attended college her physical activity was cut in half. She tried to make up for it by forcing herself to go to the gym to spend 1 hour on the elliptical here and there. Cecilie hated it and couldn’t understand why people enjoyed working out. It wasn’t until she found group fitness and barre in her senior year that she found her love for fitness. She became a certified personal trainer and instructor to help others find their passion for fitness. She believes fitness should be fun and there is something for everyone to enjoy!

I was skeptical and didn't originally purchase but I went back and got it to match my Casey's and I am SO glad I did! The fabric is the absolute best, the fit is SO flattering, and I just love how confident I feel in this bra. I really adore the longer length as well!

I absolutely love how soft and comfortable this sports bra is. Really appreciate the back detail and that the stripes do not dig into my back. The band is soft with adequate amount of compression to allow normal breathing. I bought this bra in two colors (ocean and cranberry). The ocean color was on sale, but cranberry I got for a full price just because I needed to have another one and was afraid it might sell out. I am always looking for sports bra with beautiful details. And also own Jenna sports bra in two colors (Just FYI). :) I buy most of my P'tula bras in size medium, I am size 34-35 for a bra band, cup A.

I love this bra. It’s super soft and the band doesn’t dig in. The back detailing is so cute too! I don’t think it’s meant for this but I did a HIIT workout in it and it held up pretty good.
CanadaFAVORITE Ptula Bra EVER!
The title says it all... I've owned more than 15 Ptula bra styles and the Cecile is hands down, my all time favorite! The style is universal so I can wear it under a tshirt for lunch plans, or to the gym running on a treadmill. The super soft Taylor material means it is comfortable to lounge the day away on the couch, or wear it to work all day. The straps and long line are so flattering as well. I am a 34/36D and ordered larges so that I could wear it for everything, but I know I could also do a medium for a bit more compression and still be comfortable in it. I might own 4 colors and have more on my wishlist... :) please keep the Cecile around!!

This is by far my favorite bra from P’Tula! So comfortable and buttery soft! The first one I bought, I got true to size, but found that it was a little bigger. The second one I bought was this color and I sized down to a medium and I love the fit so much better! I will definitely be buying more!!
