About Cassey:
I spent majority of my life “skinny”with zero curves and minimal confidence.
In college I took my first steps into the campus gym where I made connections and received the education that would kick start my fitness journey.
When I met my husband I applied what I had learned with his years of experience in a gym and finally began to gain the weight, size, and definition I had always wanted.
For over 10 years I have experimented with so many programs and ways to gain mass through strength training, weightlifting, powerlifting, bodybuilding until 4 years ago when I had my baby girl.
Those first few weeks postpartum brought me back to a recent time in my life where I had lost both my father and grandmother within 7 months of each other. Seeing them completely lose the ability to simply move, in their last few months of life, broke my heart.
As a CPT I have a passion to not only help others achieve their aesthetic goals but to help people move optimally, to achieve those goals pain/injury free and to live their best life. MOVEMENT is something we take for granted and the more you move the more likely you are to extend your life and enjoy it!

This spicy red Cassey legging is going to be your new favorite legging. I personally love a little compression and good tummy control so these have the perfect high rise, god compression, performance fabric that is more soft than “slippery”. I have so many colors of the casseys and they are my favorite ptula legging! Flattering v but seam and no front seam are a huge win here too.

My most favorite performance leggings I've bought from P'Tula! These run TTS on me (5'10/160lbs - ordered a medium) and are some of the most comfortable leggings while also being compressive. My favorite legging I own (over Lulu and everything!) And this color is MY FAV!

The sriracha was my first bright color pair of leggings I’ve ever bought. The color is insanely bold & beautiful. The fit isn’t my favorite merely because the band is pretty compressive compared to the peak & bare. I’ve had 2 c sections & have a shelf that the casseys seem to accentuate. I know many love these for the tummy control but for me, it’s just too snug or maybe the band needs to be a bit wider. The compression on the legs & butt is really a perfect fit. They are super comfortable & conforms nicely but I don’t reach for them as much as my bares!

This was my first experience with Ptula and I absolutely love these leggings. The color, Sriracha, it perfect for something different. I'm 5'9, 160 and the large, 26 length is perfect. In my opinion they run smaller then what I'd usually wear so had to exchange my original medium for the large. But with anything you try for the first time it may take an order to figure out your fit.

The Cassey leggings having quickly been moved to my top three leggings. If you love the Taylor’s these are even better! They are so so soft, high waisted and really hold you in without feeling too tight. This color is everything!! It’s so bright and vibrant if you are worried about cellulite you don’t need to in this color! The pictures don’t do this color justice it is a true red! I am 5 1” 155lbs and I wear a medium.
