I love the bare material and the bare v bra is no exception. The bottom band has enough support that I can wear this on my cardio days with no worries. I am smaller chested, so spilling out isn’t really something I have to worry about so I can’t help with that. But I think the bra still offers enough coverage and support that it shouldn’t be too much of an issue anyway! I like to wear this bra under v neck shirts all day and haven’t had an issue with the straps digging in or the bra being too tight..highly recommend for casual and athletic wear :) Wearing an XL which is my usual size in ptula!
