About Alainah
During the day, Alainah would work out intensively, and then work twelve hour night shifts in the ICU. She was burning the candle at both ends, it was taking a toll on her physical and mental health. It took some time for Alainah to realize that no one is perfect and she eventually changed her outlook on life and stopped striving for that perfection. Fitness became her outlet rather than a chore, it was therapeutic for her.
